The machine is mainly applied for the filling of beverage. The machine adopts advanced OMRON programmable logic controller (PLC) to control the automatic running of the machine. The input bottle adopts air conveying device; the output bottle adopts adjustable speed way, which combines with the transducer of the host machine making the output bottle running more stable and reliable. The photoelectrical inspection of the running condition of various parts makes a higher automation and convenient operation. It is the ideal first-choice equipment of beverage manufacturers.

From driving end to driven ones the driving system includes main motor, belt system and worm reducer, gears system which drives many parts. The running speed can be accelerated or decelerated by operating on the touch-screen, but the highest speed shall not exceed the rated value by 20%. For new machine the speed should be set at about 80% of the rated value in the initial 10 days.
